Description
Pan American World Airways, or short Pan Am, was the first American carrier to offer international routes and fly the famous jumbo jet Boing 747. No other airline cared more about the power of branding. Their commercial travel posters were omnipresent during their most successful period in the 50s and 60s. The brand collapsed in 1991 but the logo and historic travel designs remain popular.
